New tires: Waited 4 hours when told it would be 1 1/2 hours. It's easy to make an appointment online for the place and I had picked out exactly what I wanted to do. When I get there they didn't seem to know any of the information. They told me it would be only an hour and a half for getting new tires on. I checked back an hour and a half later. Still not done: they said about a half hour more. Checked back half hour later. Still not done: They said it would be done soon. Sat down and waited and asked two more times. At four hours of waiting, I was about to go to the rude guy at the counter and tell him a piece of my mind. No explanation of why it was taking so long. When I went to pay, he apologized for the first time in four hours for the wait. Then under his breath he said about being backed up. Horrible customer service. Plenty of mechanics. Ridiculous wait time for a company that has a sign saying there is a guarantee for the time. Give me a break. Never going there again. more
