Horrible Customer service store wide. Had an issue with my reward zone points being sent in large quantities so I was forced to buy higher priced items if I wanted to use them. I asked 5 people at the store to break up the certificates into $5 increments like my settings say it should come as and nobody could help me so they passed me to the next person. After 4 people, I got Jeff McGraw inventory manager. He was super nice and very professional but again couldn?t help so they call corporate IT. My 5 minute shopping trip turned into 60 minutes just to buy one Blu-ray. I sent emails to the store manager and to the customer feedback on the Best Buy site about my issues and never got a response. The thing that ticked me off most other than being handed off to the next person was that nobody once said sorry until I got to the inventory manager.
