My car blew a hose, and Network misinformed me as to which ones needed to be replaced. This resulted in another blown hose, and subsequently experienced a cracked radiator (according to Network). But the problem persisted. After a second radiator, I finally found myself in the same predicament, and network diagnosed a cracked block, however, they failed to tell me the final cost of this evaluation, and called me a liar for denying that the correct info had been given to me. Now I am going to a new mechanic where I hope to be treated with respect and honesty. If only businesses would value their customers.
