I spent quit alot of time on the phone, with other companies, trying to get information about my electronic air filter. I was repeatedly told that all of the techs were in the field, and the only way I could get my questions answered was to schedule a service call. I was assured that the cost of the service call would be credited back once the work was done. The trouble with that was that I wasn't sure I even needed anything serviced!\r

Then I called Applewood! A friendly scheduler arranged for a tech to come out later that same day, and told me they were waiving the service charge altogether, for a limited time!\r

Brian arrived on time, and answered all of my questions. Even some that I didn't know enough to ask. He explained steps for us to take that would save us money, until the time comes to replace the unit and/or furnace. When that time does come, I will most certainly be contacting Applewood. \r

I called the company right after Brian left, telling them how pleased I was. When a manager asked me if I'd be willing to write a review, it was a no brainer. Thanks
