On my most recent visit to this Firestone Tire and Service Center I was treated with distain and arrogance by the inside sales personnel. I left after waiting over an hour with nothing fixed. I came in for an oil change and a tire check. How can an uncracked tire with good tread, be to old to fix? It was taken care of elsewhere without comment as was the oil change.\r
If you are looking for good service, considerate honest personnel, go somewhere else.
