I just had my teeth whitened this past weekend. I wanted to look great for my upcoming holiday parties, and I must say that I am absolutely loving the results. However, I was informed to stay away from things that can stain the teeth- wine, coffee, etc (I guess the results can fade) but...I am committed to keeping this great new smile. My teeth have never looked this beautiful and I feel a lot younger- which I didn't know was a ""side effect"". My husband even notices the difference...which actually says a lot.
