I really didn't know what to expect when I first visited Bivins Othodontics. I was coming from another State and my daughter already had her braces. Dr. Bivins didn't work on the kind of braces my daughter had but he said he would not have any problems working with it. He and his staff are very friendly and customer oriented. They also have many activities for kids so they can win prizes. They do a great job encourages kids to take care of their braces and teeth. They will work with you if you have any issues like moving to another location. Overall great experience.
