I dropped off my car at lunch to have my back-left blinker looked at. They picked me up after work when it was finished and I paid $60 for a wiring harness and bulb. I took my car home and when I checked the light bulb and harness myself there was still dirt on the wiring harness as proof that it was the original. They charged me and extra 53 dollars for the wiring harness on what should have just been the bulb that needed to be replaced. I went in the next day to ask them to show me what they did and they without even looking at my car reimburst me $53 for the wiring harness and quietly apologized. Its as if they new that it wasn't replaced and they didn't even need to check.
