I had my kitchen table and chairs refinished with them and the finish is not durable. In less than 24 hours they applied the stain and was delvered to my house. When I questioned them on how fast it was done and how they were able to apply the 6 coats of finish and have it delivered they replied that their finishes dry really fast. I did not pay for the Hesse finish b/c they said their normal finish is just like the kind you would get when you buy it from a store. The finish scratches very easily. We have been very careful when using this table and still scratches. They had sent someone to come out and take a look at the scracthes but he told me that it is a dark finish and will scratch easlly. I wish they would have told me that when I picked the finish out. They knew it was a kitchen table and would be getting used. I thought their prices were very moderate but what good is that when I can't even use the table or chairs without it scratching.
