My son attended Just Children for more than a year and a half. The daycare workers are all caring people, and he has learned a great deal during his time there. There was one less-than-pleasant classroom supervisor at one point, but she eventually left the daycare, and her replacement is a friendly, upstanding professional.\r \r However, there are definitely some important shortcomings at Just Children. For example, there is a high turnover rate among the classroom attendants and supervisors. In my opinion, this could be because the company hires a lot of students (some college, some high school) to work with the children. Some of them are qualified child-care workers, but many of them seem to be late-teenaged kids with part-time jobs as daytime babysitters. As I said, they are all kind, caring folks, but the fact remains that they are not all necessarily capable of providing efficient feedback regarding the welfare and daily behavior of the children at the facility.\r \r And this is the c more
