Awful. They called me up, told me they were connecting me to a sales rep, and left me on hold. Then some woman got on the phone speaking a mile a minute sounding like ghetto trash, interrupted me repeatedly as I tried to answer her questions, and tried to do a hard sell on me. She was WAY too aggressive and obnoxious in her approach--when I could understand her--and I got so annoyed, I hung up on her.
