Poor customer service. Paid for an front end allignment. came back a week later to inform that it was still pulling. they informed me that is was out of allignment, and that I must have hit a pot hole (I didn't). Brought it back a third time in two weeks to inform that it was still pulling and was told I would have to pay for another allignment. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Matt (manager) became very abusive while the owner sat there and watched him speak to a customer in a terrible manner. Sad. I would not recommend anyone frequent the auto shop!!!\r
As a business owner myself, I have never been treated with such disrespect.
