I think Acur-It Auto Repair provide great customer service. I think they are very competent. They have really good mechanics there who are very upfront with their customers. If there is a problem, they'll deal with it straight on. I don't think they do any unnecessary work. They leave it up to the customer to decide if something can be deferred to later or needs to be fixed right then. So they give their customers some control over the service they receive.
