So I had a major blockage in my sewer pipes - which I made worse by plunging quite a bit. All of a sudden I had a waterfall of waste water in my kitchen. I called my regular plumber who told me it would be two days before someone could show up. So I googled Plumbers and found Roto-Rooter - called them and they had someone out at the house in less than one hour!! Talk about quick! Well, it turned out that our problem was anything but quick to fix - but Pam was absolutely fantastic about it! At some point there were three people working on our pipes. To make things worse I had to fly out for a business trip that evening and my wife had to fly out the next morning. The Roto-Rooter folks stayed until they found the problem and it was fixed - and even helped with the cleanup. Pam stayed at our house until about 10pm and made sure that my wife felt comfortable!!! Talk about putting the customer first. I will recommend Roto-Rooter wholeheartedly to anyone needing a plumber!!!
