Don't buy anything from this dealer. They will take care of you until you buy a bike, but then if you have any problems you are SOL. Terrible customer service after the sale. I purchased a brand new Road Glide and immediately told them I was having front end coast down wobble. They put me off for over a year saying they didnt know what it was. Then I find out they had a service notice re: the front tire. Even though they knew it was a defective tire and they knew I had complained numerous times about the wobble, they refused to replace the tire because the tire pressure was low when I brought it back in on the 5th visit, the pressure was fine on the first 4 visits. They would rather loose a faithful customer than replace a tire that they know and have written proof was a defective tire. more
