I recently purchased a new set of tires at this Sam's Club, and the salesman told me that it should arrive between 3-5 business days, but shouldn't take longer than the end of the following week. It's been over two weeks and they still didn't give us call. So I called in to check on the status of my tires. The same salesman who had helped me order the tires answered the phone, but this time was very rude and didn't give me an estimate as to when the tires would be coming in. He just said, we'll call you when it comes in, then hung up. If you ever decide to purchase anything here, just expect poor customer service once you have paid for the product. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere once I have my tires installed. more
