While I was waiting I got a chance to hear the front desk guy answering the phone. He is a PRO! He always sympathized with his customers if they had an issue and seemed to really care about what they needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. And clearly so do a lot of people, because the place was full of cars when I drove in at 10 in the morning.
