So I was in a car accident about a month ago and went here because they offered appointments that fit into my work schedule and I liked the idea of seeing a doctor, a Chiropractor, and getting a massage. After 3 visits I stopped going. I have had absolutely no relief to my pain, I was not happy with my adjustments and even though I told them nothing was working, they kept me on the same program. When I called to cancel my appointments they acted like they were going to PRESSURE me into coming back to them. ???? They told me if I cancelled my appointments it would delay my case, that the doctor had to speak with me personally before I could cancel my appointments and that one of their employees assigned to my case would be calling me to notify me of problems this would cause with my insurance claim. WHAT? I would have given them a negative star, but that rating isn't available. All I have to say is buyer beware if you go here.
