I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this company is. Not only do they offer beautiful jewelry at great prices, but they follow through with awesome customer service. I was married on 9/24/2011. Some where in the mix of things my wedding band was lost before the ceremony. My husband sent his daughters to Genesis to see about buying another band. They gave the girls a replacement loaner band. When I returned the band on Monday after the wedding, I explained the situation and told them we wanted to try and look for the lost band before buying a replacement. They told me to keep the loaner band for a few weeks until we firmly decided what we were going to do. I returned from my honeymoon and I went in to the store on Shelbyville Rd. last night. I explained that we were indeed going to have to buy a second band. The price of the replacement band was significantly higher than when we first purchased it. They were so sympathetic to my situation that they even discounted the ring to reflect a lower price than I paid for the initial band. This company is worth its weight in gold!! (excuse the pun). Beautiful merchandise, excellent prices, hometown customer service!! They really came through for us. I can't imagine shopping for jewelry anywhere else.
