I normally don't post reviews on these sites but after reading retau's review, I felt a need to respond. I can't speak of her experience but I must say from personal experience, I'm really surprised and shocked about her comments and I'm sorry she feels this way. I would not hesitate (and I do almost weekly) to refer someone to see Lindsey. Lindsey has been cutting my hair now for a few years. I actually left a ""high price"" salon after she cut my hair for me in a pinch. She has always done as good a job, as the high price stylist cutting my hair, even when she was just starting out. I used to travel all the way across town to have her cut my hair. I work in a professional public environment where clients are coming in and out everyday, so my appearance matters. Not a week goes by where I don't have at least one compliment on my hair. As women, we know how good that makes us feel. I have recommended many people to Lindsey and not one time have I heard someone complain--believe me my clients have no problem letting you know how they feel! If you're considering a hair cut at Trendsetters, I can say confidently, she'll do a great job.
