Buyer beware of ordering from this website!!! While the merchandise online is really cute, ordering specific mongraming does not ensure you will acutally get it. Apparantly they will send you monogramming determined by them. And to top it off, contacting this business is impossible. Phone goes straight to voice mail and emails are ignored. Pitiful customer service practices.
