BHS has no doubt the view that it boasts, but the management team is severely lacking.
The facilities- specifically the restrooms are perpetually dirty- clogged toilets etc, and some of the docks are in need of major repair- ie almost sinking.
If you have a problem with their service, feel free to bring it to their attention, however they'll do nothing to correct it.
