I had a great experiences during couple of times that I have driven my Cadillac and my wife's Chrysler to their shop. They took care of tires, rims, brakes and tire rotating and many other things. Only I saved something about $ 300.00 on the rims and I am so glad they could take care of all tire works and the relevant stuffs. Every time I needed something to be taken care off, I just have called them... that's all. I live in Upper Arlington and there are over than 10 tire shops around my home, but I am more happy to drive to their shop. And the I have my own reason: ""They are Very Respectful and Customer Service Minded and Perform a Quality Work""
