Everything on the menu is excellent. Try the gator sauted or pan fried rather than deep fried. Try the pan seared grouper-outstanding. The gumbo is the best I have every eaten-not watery and full of only okra and rice. The greens are second best to a certain Alabama man's I know. Try your salad with the onion mustard dressing and the bleu cheese crumbles. The Italian cream cake and Kahlua pie are very good. The only complaint I have is that the bread is so bland and tasteless-but at least you can use it to mop up the juices and creamy sauces from your other dishes.
