I have dealt with multiple agents/direct lenders in the past and Avex funding experience is one of the worst I had.
The agent I worked with is Moni. She promised me that after the loan is closed the appraisal fee will be refunded. There was a problem at the loan document signing time and they had to change the lender to commit to the original terms they promised to me. After this she stopped picking my calls and never replied my voice mail/emails. When I called from other numbers, she is prompt in picking-up and as soon as I introduce myself she manages a way to disconnect the call.
Since I don't have a anything on paper, I had to finally give-up on this.
I will never work with this a**h**** esp. Moni.
