was hesitant to go to this location because of other reviews. However it was the closest location to my job and I was tired of my POS phone and was eligible for an upgrade so I went. Every staff member that I dealt with was friendly, with great smiles and senses of humor. I have been to both the Issaquah location (where I usually waited way to long) and the Covington location (where the employee told me his mother had the same phone I had and had no problems with it...so not helpful). Go to this location and ask for Brock! The only complaint I have is that Brock did not know who She Ra was (but he said he would look it up on his lunch break *smile*)
