My experience here was mostly great for the past two years. The new management though will make sure to dot every 'i' and cross every 't'. In other words, I just started a new lease agreement with the new management and accidentally paid the old amount. When I was informed and paid the new amount, I thought everything was okay (granted I was half-a-day late). This was the only time in 24 months I was ever late making a payment and it was because I made an honest mistake and wrote a check for $50 underneath the new amount. Stupid mistake right, should be understandably forgiven? No, it was a really stupid mistake and they will make sure to charge you an extra $75, but they sure won't tell you to your face...they'll bill you two weeks later. They even had me back date my check to a day where it was technically not late...WTF??? UNWILLING TO COMPROMISE!!! Yeah I screwed up, but ""come on man""! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SURE NOT THE WAY I WOULD RUN A BUSINESS!!! Oh and if you plan to stay here through several leases, they will make sure to significantly increase rent every time. If the management reads this you know I'm 100% correct and didn't leave anything out...DID I!!!
