Stay Away. The absolutely worst run business I have ever had the displeasure to work with. No one has any idea what they are doing, they do NOT check levels they just dump in chemicals to bump up the bill. Repeatedly missed appointments, never came on the same day, service costs twice as much as promised and worst customer service I have ever encountered. Will not return phone calls or support the equipment they install and routinely attempt to bill for visits and chemicals on days they did NOT come to clean. They will say anything to get off the phone with you and never ever return phone calls. Absolute worst service and experience I have ever had with a company. Do NOT give them any of your money you might as well throw it in your pool for the service you get.
