We have recently opened up an insurance fraud claim against them. We haven't been a patient of theirs in over 4 years but for some reason they charged our dental insurance for a lot of work last month.
On top of the insurance issues that we've come across with them I just found out that DR HALPERN royally screwed up my crown so after paying $1000 for it I now have to go get a new one made which my insurance won't cover b/c she did the work within the past 7 years.
My suggestion is to go to someone that you know you can trust & that you know won't try to rip you off. Sad part is this dentist was a friend of my husbands!!!
