they call the towing company and give out specific cars to tow, even if they live in the complex. My roommates car was towed four times, twice with a parking sticker. The second time, both cars besides hers did not have parking stickers and were left untouched. The internet is always out and the cable is poor quality. Also, the walls are paper thin, to be expected but these are terrible. Also, the rooms stink for some reason. They literally reek. And the office employees are not very knowledgeable or helpful. Just like the title says. If you make a complaint, they ignore it for days. The internet goes out AT LEAST three times a day and when we called to let them know after we moved in, they gave us a fake/not working number to call the service provider. The people at the office are all rude and lazy and fat and do nothing all day. This place is absolutely horrible. Don't let the appearance fool you.
