These individuals took it upon themselves to try to file for a purchase claim to my father's savings group, despite the fact that he DECLINED any hearing aides, and at that, they tried to file for the $4000 aides! They did NOT receive his consent on the matter, used his medical information and his personal information, which is a HIPPA violation! Use of unauthorized information is a FELONY! Do NOT take your business to these underhanded thieves! Especially keep on eye on your elderly relatives, who are easily taken advantage of!
