This is by far the worst company in any category of business I have ever worked with! First I paid cash for the car that had some problems that Big Bear promised to fix. We could never get hold of anyone and had to go down there three times to get it done. Then we toke the car to get the emissions done and it failed and we were informed that this car failed two times before we went. Once again it was impossible to get a hold of them and they never called back so we had to go down there. They said they would fix it. Two weeks later I was able to go pick up my car from there mechanics house (cause he works off the street in the geto) I got back to my house with the car and noticed the front head light was broken. When I popped the hood to look at it there was a small screw driver there where the hood slammed it on the light . Fast talking Eddie over there refused to fix the light and could care less after trying to call at least ten times. They are by far the very worst company and people I have ever done business with and I run my own company and deal with hundreds of people a month. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE BEFORE YOU GET TAKEN BY THEM!!!\r
