I used to live in a development that manages by Wallace Campbell. We have a president who sneaks around and writes you up if you forgot to take down your Christmas decoration by Jan. 15. I stained the deck wrong color and I understood that I have to follow the rules. The mistake wasn't intentional. While I was working, they sent someone to come over instead of putting a coat on the insisting stain, they ripped off a piece of wood and put on a new one then charged me $150. They didn't give me enough time to correct the mistake. They threatened to put a lien on my condo to the point they took me to court for $150 that they replaced the piece of wood without notify me. Their lawyer charged me $1100 for the service on top of that. I love my condo but I couldn't wait to get the h3ll out. Every time I received any letter with Wallace Campbell's name on it, I got nervous because I didn't know whether they're suing me for something I didn't know. Finally I sold the place and now it's someone else's nightmare
