I've been to couple of these Texas Roadhouse restaurants between VA and CO and have to say I was a little disappointed by this place. The bread they bring out is outstanding--so no complaints there. We waited over 30 minutes for the food to come out. I had their baby-back ribs and really didn't care much for them. They just seemed a little to oily/greasy considering they were grilled. It could have been the quality of the meat (maybe just a lot of fat covering the meat). There was little or no BBQ smoked flavor to the meat either. Seems they tried to cook it quickly and put sauce on it. I ended up not finishing it. Don't expect fast service when they have a full house.
