I had a server who clearly could not understand me , I asked for the LUNCH special I ordered the 1 out of 2 that he told me about. Once getting the entrees I noticed one was dinner porportion sized, I immediately asked him was it the lunch special and he said no it was dinner. I told him well I asked for lunch specials it was alot of food and I knew the cost would be greater . He shook his head yes and disappeared. When he returned I asked for a manager because at this point I did not touch the entree and I knew trying to communicate with him was not wise. He said ok and disappeared again. I called to speak to the manager at first the owner Billy answered the call. I explained my experience to him he asks me to hold on and he puts a person by the name of Erica whom I had to tell me experience over to. Erica after hearing what happened says to me :"" He probally didn't understand you because he doesn't understand much""......Excuse me! sooo.... I asked her so thats a good reason for being billed for something you didn't expect because he does not understand much????!!!! Well ""yeah"" she replies and that shes sorry for my experience and the next time I'm there she will discount my food"". No what you can do is re train your staff starting with YOU, to make sure your staff understands the patrons they are servicing.\r For great food as well as GREAT management service and staff PACHO'S in covington less then 10 minutes from this place is the place to go!!!! more
