While their furniture is nice, though a bit pricey, don't try to have anything fixed under their warranty. While they claim a Lifetime warranty, and even mention items such as springs, frames, etc that they will cover, in reality they will NOT cover some of these in the warranty. Their owner, Scott Lobel refuses to deal with customers over the phone and will only respond to emails It seems that they just cover what they feel like covering with their warranty.\r
