In response to Swyers, I would like to address these issues head on and hopefully resolve any issues that are still around.
Our contract does state the you are able to pay 60% and the balance is to be paid with-in 60 days. However when receiving a discount we request that full payment be made. As your bridesmaids did receive 10% off of their gowns we did ask for full payment and that is our policy.
The gown that she was interested in had been sold from the store and was no longer a sample in the store. Before the order was placed I showed the MOB the picture of the gown and confirmed the color that she wanted to order. Everyone that purchases a gown in our store is given a receipt to confirm their order with the exact style number and color. The customer then confirms that they are ordering what they want by agreeing to the contract.
When the gown arrived , I never was rude to her And assured her that with the proper alterations and undergarments that the gown would fit properly. I at that time was not aware that she thought it was the wrong dress. After she asked if it was the right dress, I checked the computer to ensure that the right dress had been ordered and confirmed that with her. She never told me she didn
