Went to the Ganson St Taco Bell in Jackson, Michigan at 10:30 pm 10/05/2011. I ordered 2 party packs, with 8 soft tacos and 16 hard tacos. Got home and found 21 soft tacos and 3 hard ones. Called the store and complained, because my kids will not eat soft shell tacos, and was told by the manager Melissa that if I came in to tell them she said to replace the order. When I stopped in I was told by a male that Melissa was called and denied ever talking to me, and he called me a liar in front of numerous customers, embarrassing and humiliating me. I would never go here again, very poor customer service, a manager that is not truthful, and a hard time getting orders straight seem to be what this restaurant excels at.
