First time purchase via Internet, other than books from Amazon - and this experience exceeded my expectations. They made me feel comfortable from beginning to end with phone calls and email to stay in touch and give progress reports for delivery dates. I purchased a sofa, 2 chairs and while I had not seen the pieces in person, I was directed to a showroom to view and sit and yes, I even laid on the sofa to get a feel for it. What I did not do was pay the showroom price. My cost working with this group was about 40% less than the retail. To top it all off with great service ...they even moved my old furniture out, to place the new furniture in a different way that makes my room look larger - WOW! Love my new great room. Can not say enough nice things, but want others to know my experience exceeded my expectations! I am looking for a new Dining Room and I know who I am going to call for my major investment!
