Dryer not fixed. 10/4/2011

Called to have repairs done on my dryer at the guest house which is only used ocassionally. Stated the problem as being that the dryer did not stop when the clothes were dry and found it still running days after someone had used my guest house. The came out promptly (I couldn't even get home from the grocery before they finished) and my daughter let them in. After 10 minutes, they 'fixed' the problem and left. I recieved a bill which showed they had replaced two parts for a total of $165 including labor (they were there for 10 minutes). Last week, someone else stayed in the guest house for the first time since it was 'fixed' and left the dryer going when they left. Again, I was out of town so it was 4 days before I checked on the guest house. Again the dryer was still running. When I called to tell them that the problem wasn't fixed they said it had been too long since the last time they were out, so I would once again pay the full minimum for labor. They also said that I did not tell them that the dryer would not turn off. This is totally incorrect. Won't use them again. more
