I did not want to give even one star to this company but was not allowed to give ZERO stars.\r
First of all, look at any contract they prepare. Wonder why they insist you sign a ""binding arbitration""? Because then you can NOT SUE them! You have to go thru a panel and it is costly and even if you WIN and prove they took advantage of you- you can NOT REPORT it to the Contractor's Licensing Board! So, that keeps all the warnings off their record!! Son runs it now...look out he isn't te sharpest tack out there! RUN!!
