I bought a Honda Accord at this shop four year ago.
Two years ago, when my car warranty was not yet over, I got a state inspection at this shop. Before the inspection, I informed that my rear windows made a weird noise and asked checking them out. After the inspection, I was told that there was no problem on the windows. But this summer, I got a state inspection at another shop and was noticed that the problem had already been reported at technical service bulletins (T.S.B. 07-064) and it could be fixed by changing rear window regulators without charge if warranty is not over. The mechanic told me that I should ask the Honda shop a goodwill warranty because I already reported the problem and also I have driven the car less than 20,000 miles. Recently, my car was recalled due to another problem. So I emailed the service manager about the window problem. But he did not reply to me. When I visited the shop, I asked to see him several times but he did not show up even though he was there and I had stayed at the shop for a few hours. A staff, who was assigned to my case, did not care about the details or feel sorry about what happened to me, but just tried to make a deal. I was upset with their attitudes and did not get the windows fixed.
I am not saying that this shop is the worst in Pittsburgh. But if you want to buy a car or get service there, keep in mind that this shop is one of THEM which do not much care about customers in order to maximize their benefits.
