My grandmother and I took her dog in to get a trim and the groomer trimmed around his privates so close it looks like skin was trimmed off as well. After his visit there he has had a complete 180 in his personality. Were as he used to be very happy and outgoing now he trusts no one and hides all the time. We called the groomer and all they said was oh poor puppy then declined to fix the issue or refund us our money. I would highly recommend that if your looking for a good groomer that you do not look at North Bark. Christin DeHaan is a terrible groomer and poor business woman.
