For the last several years we have experienced leaking in our basement during wet weather. After trying several other temporary options we finally contacted Value Dry. The rep was very informative and took the time to explain why we were getting water and how they could fix the issues. I had a few other estimates and each came looked around for less then a minute and gave me a paper with a price. Value Dry was the only one who took time to explain the process. They were able to schedule us quickly and the crew that came worked very professionally. They were clean and worked in a very timely manner. After they left you would not have even known they were even here.
The true test was Hurrican Irene came through about 2 weeks after having our new french drain system installed...not one drop of water in the basement! This is true peace of mind.
