I just wanted to write in about the great customer service I received from Tom today at Firestone Complete Auto Care Store # 300476 (825 E Arrowood Rd. Charlotte, NC 28217-5810).
I needed 4 new tires and an alignment - and had shopped around a bit. Firestone had the best prices (Buy 3, Get 1 Free promo) - and now also the best customer service. I went in yesterday and Tom ordered my tires and set me up for an appt. for this morning - and even called later to confirm the tires were in. Overall Tom was very helpful, friendly, and informative - without being pushy or short (like in some auto care centers).
Usually I don't write about a company (unless to complain), but I recognize great customer service and wanted to let others know about my positive experience (esp. since it's hard to find good auto places). I will come back to (and recommend) this location!
