Just made my last payment for the lack of service perfromed for my son. Your office is a joke and in my eyes you have committed Insurance Fraud. You have billed me $600.00 and you neither set my sons casts or performed even rudimentary follow up. You looked at 1 xray and the follow up was performed by a Physicians Assistance. You made him wait 1.5 hours for this visit that lasted 7 minutes. When the cast needed to be reset you sent my son to the Emergency Room at 5pm on a Saturday without a simple phone call to let them know you were sending a patient. He had to sit there again for 6 hours waiting for a new cast which you said he did not need two days earlier. I repeatedly tried to contact Dr. Gafney and others in the office to no avail. I will pay this money, but I will never recommend this office and I will actively encourage people not to use this office. I feel Dr. Gafney is a disgrace to his profession and the staff at this organization is one of the rudest I have ever encountered.
You are what is wrong with Health Care in Americas and all Obama's plans will do nothing to discourage your disgracefull practices.
