This has to have been one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever faced dealing with a business. The lack of professionalism in this office is astounding. Don't plan on talking to your agent once you have your policy. You will call many times a week for several weeks. You'll leave messages and you'll hear the usual song and dance about them being in a meeting, with a client, out to lunch, etc. But they will never call you back. I can't speak for everyone in the office but I will tell you that Teri and Gustavo were both very unprofessional and took weeks to return my phone call. Well actually it's been several weeks and several messages and I am still unable to speak with my agent Gustavo. Time for a new insurance company....Buyers Beware!!!!
