I had a bit of a rough time with Cactus, the first time I went they sent me home with overly wet seats, and without proper explanation on what to do, the seats started to smell. However, after I contacted them about this, they took my car back TWICE, detailing it so thoroughly that the car not only smells great, but it actually looks nicer than when I bought it. Capitalism at it's finest. They provided a product, and when I wasn't satisfied they fixed. I would recommend them to anyone. more
