After failing to realize that they do not have offices in Boston, as they claimed in multiple online business listings and directories (isn't that some sort of Fraud (e.g. false advertising?), I made the mistake of booking an on site appointment. They completely botched the job, misled me and then overcharged for the job and would not make good on it. I then did a bit more research on this company and discovered they are doing this all over the country, writing their own reviews (in some cases on Google they use the same user account to write up to 25+ reviews for themselves in different parts of the country), they don't subscribe the the Better Business Bureau anymore since they have an ""F"" rating in multiple locations just in MA alone (just Google ""BBB Geeks Mobile"" and see for yourself). My advice is stay as far away as possible.
