DO NOT rent an inflatable from this company! They will charge you a ""maintenance fee"" as part of your payment, and then when you turn it in they will charge you ANOTHER $50 cleaning fee. When I called to protest, the OWNER actually HUNG UP on me. I called back, of course, because I don't tolerate that kind of ridiculousness, and she told me my husband could come clean it himself if he wanted to. I called my husband, and he told me the guy who took it back from him already went over it once with a shop vac for a few minutes and was done. $50 for THAT? If you rent from here you will get EXTREMELY poor customer service even when you do everything yourself, including picking it up, setting it up, taking it down, and taking it back. Don't get anywhere near this place. Their fees are unclear and their service is absolutely offensive.
